ECLIPSE is the first fine-dining restaurant in St. Petersburg, offering guests only tasting menus. The menu is based on the chef's interpretation of local Northern ingredients, presented in the traditions of French gastronomy. There are two "à la carte" tasting menus: one with 9 courses (7500 rubles) and another with 11 courses (9700 rubles). Within these menus, guests can choose their appetizers, main courses, and desserts from a short menu of 21 items. The amuse-bouches and complimentary dishes are selected by the chef and change at his discretion. The wine list features rare wines from small producers and includes over 300 labels. ECLIPSE is the embodiment of a dream held by an entire team of professionals, representing what an ideal restaurant should be. Chef Sergey Fokin's cuisine is a symphony inspired by the Northern nature, the forest, local ingredients, and the changing seasons. The concept is based on two main principles, two sides of the same coin: the ability to take the best that nature has to offer in each season, and a broad, open-minded approach to working with ingredients. It's about the origins of all living things and a groundbreaking reinterpretation of culinary experience. ECLIPSE is a place created for special occasions.
