About
He began his career in 2006 in Vladivostok, at the "Allegro Pub" restaurant. In 2013, he joined Iz Brasserie, then considered the best restaurant in Vladivostok, as a sous chef. During his time with the project, he participated in joint events with Vladimir Mukhin (WRF). In 2018, he successfully completed an internship in St. Petersburg at the italy Group restaurant group, after which he became the brand chef for the wine bar "Innocent Joys" and the restaurant "CEKH." As a head chef, he collaborated with projects such as Sibumi and "Filosofia" in Vladivostok, as well as with "Oblaka," "Agutin," and "Angelika" in Khabarovsk. Currently, Roman is the head chef at the ZUMA restaurant in Vladivostok.
