About
Dmitry Garifullin began his career at the PEOPLE'S restaurant group, where he realized how beautiful it is to witness the enjoyment of guests and the process of savoring the dishes. He grew within the team, becoming a chef and eventually the brand chef of the European-style restaurants "Hot Workshop" at Twenty Two PEOPLE'S. He is a creator of unique and diverse meat flavors and combinations, constantly seeking inspiration and understanding of cooking processes, and exploring new techniques. This has led him on numerous gastronomic journeys to Turkey, Georgia, and Armenia. In 2019, after immersing himself in Eastern culture and various approaches to meat preparation (grilling, smoking, brisket), he opened the "Hot Workshop" restaurant as its brand chef. In 2020, the restaurant received the "Palm Branch. Guest's Choice" restaurant award in the "Smoke and Fire" category. In 2020, drawn to the Pan-Asian cuisine, he moved to Vladivostok to work at the ZUMA restaurant, where he cooked alongside Chef Yegor Anisimov.
