The restaurant boasts the largest open-fire kitchen in Novosibirsk, where popular dishes are transformed with new flavors through the art of cooking: a wood-fired oven, a grill, a rotisserie, and a smoker.

The dining area in the open-fire kitchen begins with an impressive bar, above which hang sheets of metal, wrapped in an inverted pyramid and bearing the marks of rust. The open kitchen stretches along the length of the room, separated from the diners by a low counter, allowing everyone to see the culinary action. The vast space, accommodating 200 guests, is cleverly divided into zones, maintaining a sense of grandeur while also offering more secluded corners. The heart of the establishment is literally open to guests, as it's a restaurant with the largest open-fire kitchen, where popular dishes acquire new flavors through the technology of fire: an oven, a grill, a rotisserie, and a smoker. A unique, custom-designed grill with a rotisserie was created according to the specifications of the head chef and is a one-of-a-kind piece. In addition to the grill area, which features grates that can be raised and lowered over the coals, there is a large rotisserie with three separate skewers, allowing for the simultaneous cooking of three different types of meat. Besides the grill, the restaurant also features a genuine American smoker. The third key element of the restaurant is a massive wood-fired oven with a rotating stone hearth. The smoker is used to prepare the star dish of the "Open-Fire Kitchen" – brisket. This enormous 8-kilogram cut of meat is smoked over alder wood chips at a temperature below 100°C for 16 hours. The brisket is left to rest overnight so that guests can enjoy this robust, yet tender, piece of meat with its rich, aromatic crust the following evening. It's this subtly sweet, appetite-stimulating aroma that you experience as soon as you step inside the restaurant.
