TEMPORARILY CLOSED Zuma is a large Pan-Asian restaurant located in the Far East, and it ranks 33rd in the list of the best restaurants in the country according to the All-Russian Restaurant Award WHERETOEAT RUSSIA. It is the recipient of the "Best Regional Restaurant 2017" award from GQ and has consistently received three stars annually from the independent RWA (Russian Wine Awards) for its wine list. The restaurant's signature feature is the freshest seafood, delivered daily (scallops, oysters, sea cucumbers, sea urchins, bluefin tuna, salmon, squid, mussels, shrimp, crab, and exotic varieties: trumpet snails, anadra, guidak, mussels, seaweed, and seafood from the southern seas), along with the finest wines from around the world. The restaurant's interior is a gallery of visual impressions, designed to be comfortable for both large, lively groups and couples seeking a more intimate setting. Since 2016, Zuma has hosted the annual international festival of live Kamchatka crabs, "Catch the Crab!", and since 2018, the festival of Far Eastern scallops, "On the Crest!".
