I completed a one-month internship in China in 2018, and another one-month internship in Vladivostok at the ZUMA restaurant in 2019. I am a two-time champion of the "Ambassador of Pan-Asian Cuisine" competition and have participated in numerous culinary festivals throughout the Tyumen region. I developed menus for 10 restaurants within the Sobolev Alliance holding and actively participated in the openings of projects such as "Otpusк," the pub "Republic," the tavern "Yermolaev," "Makami," "Sami Susami," and the bar-museum "Taprum."

My greatest passion is creating culinary masterpieces that will surprise and delight guests.
