About
With over 17 years of professional experience, Maxim graduated from a vocational school in 2004, specializing in food technology. Even during his studies, he gained experience working on various projects in Krasnoyarsk. In 2009, he joined the popular entertainment complex "Bowling-Cosmic" as a cold kitchen chef. He progressed through the ranks and, in 2011, became the head chef. Later, Maxim was invited to the "Oblaka" restaurant, specializing in авторская кухня (author's cuisine), where he worked until 2015. Deciding it was time to move on, he joined the "DANDY HORSE" cafe-bar.
In 2019, he received an offer to head the kitchen of the "Boho" restaurant, where he continues to do what makes him happy: expressing his passion for his craft through the flavors of the dishes and the creation of the menu. Many of the restaurant's dishes are based on Maxim's original recipes, each with its own story, reflecting his accumulated experience and the long search for the perfect combination of deliciousness and health benefits.
He was born and raised in the city of Krasnoyarsk-26 (Zheleznogorsk). He is married and has children. In his free time, he spends time with his family and travels extensively throughout the Siberian regions, exploring not only local products and cuisine, but also the culture, nature, people, and unique characteristics of each place. He is passionate about sports, psychology, and everything related to gastronomy.
