About
From his last trip to Paris, he brought back nearly 10 kilograms of cookbooks, but he admits that his favorite is the one about the restaurant Noma. His interest in European and Scandinavian cuisine was further developed during internships at COQUE (Michelin-starred, Spain), and at the Russian restaurants SAVVA (Andrey Shmakov) and Inostrancy (Tom Halpin, sous chef at Noma, Denmark). He has been part of the "SCHASTYE" team since 2013. Since 2019, he has successfully worked as a brand chef, navigating between Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Kazan. Starting in 2025, he will be the brand chef for the Michèle bar-restaurant and cinema, a nominee for the "What's On" award as the best restaurant for авторская (author's) cuisine, and a nominee for the "Palm Branch" award.
