Faina's journey in the culinary world began with a love for baking. After moving to St. Petersburg in 2011, she started working as a baker in a small cafe, where hundreds of pies and pastries were produced each day. However, she soon realized she wanted to achieve more. In 2015, she joined the "SCHASTYE" team, where she had the opportunity to work in almost every department under the guidance of pastry chefs Ekaterina Kiselkova, Evgenia Shefer, and brand chocolatier Laurent Moreno. In 2021, having identified her main passion – complex desserts with unusual flavor combinations – she became the brand pastry chef at "SCHASTYE," and in 2025, she joined the bar-restaurant and cinema Michèle.
