Taras started working behind the bar in 2008 and, throughout his career, has worked at Killfish and Daiquiri bar, participated in the opening of the "San-Marten" bar, and later served as a bartender at the Xander bar in the Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace St. Petersburg. Taras also opened and managed seven bars in the Royal Atlantis in Dubai. In 2019, together with his team, he won a silver medal at the BATW 2019 competition and won the Angostura Global Cocktail Challenge 2019. In 2024, he was named Bartender of the Year by the Where2Drink awards, representing the Nola Jazz Bar. In 2025, he joined the team of the Michèle bar-restaurant and cinema as a bartender.
