Even as a child, Vasily knew he wanted to become a chef. After school, he didn't hesitate and enrolled in the State Educational Institution for Secondary Vocational Education, Culinary School No. 10, where he earned a diploma as a senior technician-technologist in the food service industry.

Thanks to his ambitious nature and successful studies, Vasily immediately secured a position as a cook at "Sыrovarnya" (a cheese shop) at the Usachevsky Market. After gaining valuable experience, he moved to Sakhalin, where he was even more inspired by his work. His next role was as a sous chef at "Sыrovarnya" in DEPO, where he worked for a year. After that, he moved to open a franchise of "Sыrovarnya" in the city of Gelendzhik, serving as the head sous chef. Upon returning to Moscow, he began working at "Sыrovarnya" at Krasny Oktyabr, where he quickly became the head chef within two months.

What Vasily loves most about being a head chef is the freedom to express his creativity. He believes that "Sыrovarnya" at Krasny Oktyabr provides all the opportunities for that.
