In his free time, the chef enjoys hiking and picnics in the mountains, snowboarding in the winter, and surfing and wakeboarding in the summer. His favorite places in Sochi include the promenade, the "Riviera" park, Krasnaya Polyana, the "Health Trail," and the Olympic Park. His motto: "My worldview is that the more you listen, the sweeter the speech." "It's better to do something well once than to do it poorly many times. Success comes from hard work."
