About
Oleg has worked on many well-known projects that are familiar to everyone. He has collaborated with renowned Russian chefs, from whom he learned and gained valuable knowledge. Throughout 2019, Oleg served as the sous chef at Margarita Bistro on Patricks. In 2020-2021, he held the position of head chef at Cutfish Petровка and Cutfish Lesnaya. Subsequently, in 2021, Oleg Gaidis became the sous chef at the restaurant Sakhalin. In 2021, he joined the large hookah brand HookahPlace and launched a prominent project as the head chef – the absinthe bar Silencio. In 2022, he became the head chef of HookahPlace Futura and Futura Bar.
