Since 2021, Alexey has held the position of head chef at the Moscow restaurant "Sakhalin," which received a Michelin star in 2022. In the same year, he became a resident chef at the Moscow branch of the IKRA project, where he presented his new signature tasting menu, "Land of the Rising Sun." In 2024, he took on the leadership of the WaGarden project, which includes three authentic Japanese restaurants: AYU, TagiriGo, and Uchiwa.
