Artem Sipyugin is the head chef at the cozy "Publika" cafe on Staraya Basmannaya Street. He started working in the kitchen at the age of 15, beginning with a nightclub near his home. Nearly two decades later, he has gained experience in various restaurants in Moscow, including restaurants owned by Anatoly Kom, the "Strelka" bar, KM20, Brasserie MOST, Les Menus Par Pierre, Margarita bistro, and Grape.

Currently, Artem leads the kitchen at the "Publika" cafe on Staraya Basmannaya Street, offering a menu in the style of comfort food with a French touch and hints of Pan-Asian cuisine. The cafe regularly updates its menu, adding seasonal dishes and launching collaborations.
