About
After completing college and university, and gaining practical experience in various restaurants, I joined the "Far East" restaurant. This became one of the most significant milestones in my career. Here, I met Glen Ballis, from whom I gained invaluable experience. I discovered new perspectives, ingredients, and flavor combinations. Starting as a line cook, I progressed through all the stations in the kitchen and eventually became a sous chef. I also worked as a chef in other restaurants, including Cutfish, Magura Asian Kitchen Bar, and Lotus Room. Currently, I also hold the position of chef at the Simach restaurant in the Far East. Thus, after many years of working on different projects and gaining new experiences and knowledge, I have returned to the updated project where I began my career.
Education: Higher education (engineer specializing in food technology). In my free time, I spend time with my family. I am a big fan of football and fishing.
