For over 10 years, I have held executive positions. I have been involved in the creation of numerous large, well-known restaurants from the ground up, including projects at the "Yeltsin Center" in Yekaterinburg: "Barbaris," the cafe "1991," "Residency," CENTER Club, and the lobby bars. I also developed "Aqua Cafe" and the "Aquamarine" restaurant owned by Arkady Novikov at the Luzhniki stadium, the Black Star club, and the famous La Terrasse restaurant in Moscow.

I worked as a personal chef for Dmitry Rybolovlev, the owner of the football club "Monaco," and began my career at the renowned Pan-Asian restaurant "Nedalniy Vostok" and the world-famous Japanese restaurant "Nobu" owned by Robert De Niro.
