The interior of Lotus Room is designed in the style of traditional Asian opium dens, featuring antique artifacts, vintage hardware, and authentic art pieces. The menu, created by Glen Ballis, offers a culinary tour of Asia. The diverse and vibrant cuisine encompasses the rich flavors of the region, from Japan and China to Vietnam and India. In the best traditions of Chef Ballis, the emphasis in the dishes is on pure flavors and high-quality ingredients.
