AVA is a restaurant and bar, conceived as an "avatar" – a stylish and intimate space offering comfortable, innovative cuisine by chefs Artem Losev and Vitaly Istomin, embodying a fashion-casual vibe.

AVA is a joint project by Anton Pinsky (Pinskiy&Co) and renowned Moscow chefs Artem Losev and Vitaly Istomin. This beautiful, intimate restaurant on Patriarch's Ponds offers comfortable, original cuisine, reimagined versions of beloved dishes, and a signature "Champagne Pairing" experience. Dishes like burrata with artichokes and truffle, tarte with scallops and pickled peppers, crab donuts with lime sauce, and "Angler" potatoes with black caviar – familiar flavors, rediscovered.

The interior, designed by Irina Glik's studio, is light and elegant, with meticulous attention paid to every square centimeter of the small space. From the column with its capital to the ceramic panel framing the open kitchen, from the floors made of five types of marble to the amber panels of African wood, there are countless details to admire, flavors to discover, and reflections of the creators in their unique project.
