The concept is a balance between fast food and a restaurant. The focus here is on high-quality ingredients sourced directly from Italy, quick service, and affordable prices. The star of the show is a large oven that can cook six pizzas at once, ensuring efficiency. The menu, which is unapologetically Italian, features only items that fit the concept of a traditionally bustling pizzeria-gastronomy: pizza, salads, and drinks. In the near future, Italian panini and classic desserts will also be added to the selection.
