The 800°C Contemporary Steak restaurant, a large establishment specializing in gourmet burgers and steaks, is located in a two-story building from the 19th century with a view of Patriarch's Ponds.

Unique ovens and technologies, unparalleled in Russia, have been imported from Europe. These ovens maintain a constant temperature of 800 degrees, which instantly seals the pores of the meat, maximizing its juiciness. The marbled beef is sourced from Russia, Argentina, and Japan, and the restaurant features a dry-aging chamber.

The luxurious interior is designed in a style that blends functionality with elegance, featuring natural stone, copper, mirrors, and trendy turquoise and mint accents. A massive wine cabinet that reaches the ceiling, lush greenery, and a highlight of the restaurant – a chandelier from the 1970s, brought from the Porte de Clignancourt flea market in Paris.
