Marie Laveau bar

About

A New Orleans-style bar featuring signature cocktails, Creole cuisine, and a voodoo aesthetic.

Marie Laveau is a cozy bar with a bright interior and numerous details – a voodoo altar, antique lamps, candelabras, and a variety of artwork. The team sourced all the décor from vintage shops and antique markets in France, while the tableware was handcrafted by co-founder Eugenia Chassanyar. Danyil Feinberg, the bar manager of Noor Bar, was responsible for the cocktail menu. In addition to New Orleans classics, guests can expect creative twists on tropical cocktails, as well as signature variations of the dirty martini, featuring homemade brines made with ingredients like rope, beetroot, cauliflower, and more. These will be complemented by dishes from the Creole cuisine. The entire menu includes approximately twenty items, including the famous Louisiana gumbo, jambalaya served in banana leaves, and sweet potatoes with aioli sauce. Instead of loud parties, the bar plans to host vinyl nights and themed events.
