About
Yegor Yermakov was born and raised in Moscow. He graduated from Technical College No. 49, and then earned a bachelor's degree in food technology for public catering from the Russian Biotechnological University, followed by a master's degree, specializing in the restaurant industry. In 2018, he completed internships at Hôtel d'Europe and La Bonne Etape in Château-Arnoux-Saint-Auban, France (both Michelin-starred restaurants). After returning to Moscow, he worked as a chef at the Radisson Collection Hotel and was later promoted to sous chef. In 2022, he was invited to develop the kitchen for the New Orleans bar Marie Laveau, which specializes in Creole cuisine. Since October 2023, he has been the head chef of the Door 2310 Cocktail Bar & Bistro project.
