"Elements in Balance": "Ice and Fire," an Authentic Bar. A new project from Co-Co Team, where "Ice" represents the cocktail program, and "Fire" represents the comfort food cuisine.

"Ice and Fire" is a new project from Co-Co Team, the creators of the renowned Krasnaya Polyana restaurant, Co-Co Chalet. To bring this ambitious concept to life, the creators invited recognized leaders in the restaurant industry, each responsible for their respective areas. According to the creators, "Ice and Fire" is the first project of its kind on the ski resorts of Sochi. The "Ice" in the name refers to the main element of the concept: a signature cocktail menu curated by project ambassador Kirill Sench (former bar manager of the "Shalyapin" bar at the legendary Moscow "Metropol," and also an instructor at one of the best bartending schools, Solution School). The extensive cocktail menu of "Ice and Fire" combines classics with creative and exclusive drinks. For true connoisseurs, there is also the "12 Legends" project: 12 exclusive cocktails, one from each of the 12 establishments that are among the top 50 best bars in the country. The "icy" theme is also reflected in the interior: the delicate yet powerful nature of ice is emphasized by a monumental chandelier in the center of the room, as well as mirrored accents and crystal inlays. The second key element of the concept is "Fire." It encompasses the hookah experience and a simple, accessible comfort food menu. Guests are introduced to the hookah culture by Absolem Group in collaboration with industry expert Mikhail Filimonov, who creates unique hookahs in the most unexpected and original shapes. The kitchen is represented by graduates of one of the most prestigious culinary schools in Russia, "SVCh" (St. Petersburg), and a former student of a French restaurant with two Michelin stars, as well as the chef of Co-Co Chalet, Vadim Gorbanev, and the young, talented, and ambitious Maxim Khomich. The foundation of the menu is comfort food, which perfectly complements the bar's cocktail philosophy. The dishes are designed to enhance the flavor and aroma profiles of the drinks. And since a bar is all about relaxed gatherings with friends, the menu includes items that are easy to share and enjoy with your hands. For example, alongside the cocktails, you might find roasted Ramiro peppers with tonnato sauce, Black Sea anchovies, duck and cherry chebureks, octopus mortadella with roasted pepper and olive tapenade, and even an octopus hot dog with rameresco and coleslaw. The enveloping atmosphere is enhanced by soft, subdued lighting and stone finishes, creating a feeling of a wine cellar. The interior features an abundance of natural materials: the 15-meter bar counter is made of granite and chestnut, the designer furniture is made of wood and leather, and blackened steel is used for decorative elements. In addition, the "Ice and Fire" bar offers a selection of foreign and Russian wines of various ages and varieties, as well as a tea menu inspired by the legendary Gazgolder Tea Room, featuring rare and exclusive varieties. How to get there? The "Ice and Fire" bar will be open from 15:00 to 3:00, Monday through Sunday. On weekends, guests can enjoy DJ sets.
