The restaurant is located in the mountains of Krasnaya Polyana, on Pchelovodov Street, where the Krasnopolyansky apiary has been located since 1939 – the largest beekeeping enterprise in the world. The apiary successfully continues the experience accumulated over decades by its predecessors, beekeepers and scientists. The farm's apiaries, consisting of over 8,000 bee colonies, are located in the valleys of rivers and mountain gorges, close to the "MED" kitchen&bar restaurant. Our creative and unconventional approach to cooking will allow you to discover new combinations and flavors, while attentive service and a friendly atmosphere will guarantee that you will want to return. We have paid special attention to the design. The decor features natural materials and earthy tones. Striking phytowalls made of natural moss, wooden columns, apple branches under the ceiling, and designer furniture emphasize the eco-friendly nature of the establishment. On the walls, you will see a series of photographs depicting a resident of Krasnaya Polyana who runs his apiary, loves the mountains, and appreciates the nature of his region. The photographs were taken using photographic equipment from 1905, using an old technique called ambrotype (applying a silver and gold image to the surface of glass). An antique cabinet has been preserved in the interior, which we carefully preserved from the owner of the house that was located on the site of the restaurant over a hundred years ago.
