Ikigai is a Japanese concept that can be translated as "the happiness of living." It's a philosophy that teaches us to find meaning and joy in our surroundings, thereby achieving inner peace. Now, finding your ikigai will be easier – the Co-Co Team has opened "The Sated Dragon," an Asian eatery, in the center of Krasnaya Polyana. The main principles of this new establishment are deliciousness, speed, abundance, and inclusivity. The menu features four main categories of popular Asian dishes: traditional soups, rice and noodle stir-fries, sushi and rolls, and appetizers. Here, you can try the legendary Thai tom yum soup, Japanese ramen, or Chinese homemade stir-fried noodles, prepared exactly as they are traditionally made in Asian countries. To add unique nuances to the dishes, the chef of "The Sated Dragon," Maxim Khomich, uses authentic spices: kaffir lime leaves, goji berries, and ylang-ylang. The extensive menu of rolls and sushi at "The Sated Dragon" adheres to one important rule: all are made with the freshest fish. In addition to the standard offerings, the bar menu includes Japanese beverages without sugar or carbonation, and, of course, lemonades made with Asian fruits, such as yuzu apples. However, the aesthetics of the Land of the Rising Sun are also reflected in the interior of "The Sated Dragon," which can be described in two words: naturalness and elegance. The cozy, even intimate space (with only 32 seats!) is designed in the Japandi style, combining Japanese minimalism with Scandinavian comfort. The decor is simple, featuring only natural materials: stone, wood, linen, and cotton, with clean lines and plenty of open space. The dragon has become the symbol of the eatery, representing a spiritual protector in Asian culture, bringing good luck, but not just any dragon – a gentle and plump good-natured creature who is happy to welcome everyone.
