Chef Vadim Gorbanev (Co-Co Chalet, "Alpinisty," "Ice and Fire") trained in France at the Le Jardin des Sens restaurant (two Michelin stars). He is a five-time graduate of the SVCh culinary school in St. Petersburg, one of the most prestigious culinary schools in Russia.

When creating the menu, he drew inspiration from Alpine mountain cuisine, as the Alps traverse several countries, each with its unique agricultural products. Local farmers help him realize his vision, as they are the only ones who can guarantee the freshness and quality of the ingredients.
