Avero mio is a delightful Italian restaurant located on Petrovka Street, between Tverskaya and Trubnaya. The project, conceived by Vera Sadovnikova, embodies a warm and inviting aesthetic, celebrating the culinary traditions of Italy. The name, which translates from Italian as "truly mine," emphasizes the authentic and genuine atmosphere of the place. Italian charm is evident from the moment you step inside, with its bright signage, lush flowers adorning the entrance and tall windows. The interior is filled with a welcoming warmth, a cheerful and festive ambiance, but without excessive pretension. Light wood, elegant upholstered furniture, intricate chandeliers, mirrors, and an abundance of greenery and flowers create a beautiful setting. The culinary team, comprised of renowned chefs Rodion Sadovskiy and Anatoly Malyshev, prepares dishes based on recipes from various regions of Italy. The dishes are comforting yet stylish and innovative. Start with carpaccio of sea bass with olives, or bone marrow with truffle served on toasted bread. For a main course, try the slow-cooked lamb with bean puree, cod fillet with artichoke puree, or the Milanese chicken with tomatoes. And, of course, there are Italian classics: pasta with seafood, lasagna, ravioli with duck, pizza with prosciutto cotto and Parmesan. Complement your meal with a selection from the wine list, featuring over 50 different wines. They offer Italian and domestic sparkling wines, as well as classic French champagne by the glass. The bottled selection includes Sicilian Muscat, Tuscan Chardonnay, Chablis from Burgundy, German Riesling, Russian indigenous varieties, and wines from Georgia. The bar offers cocktails with coconut and peach, as well as a selection of spirits, including 12-year-old Scotch whisky, 23-year-old rum, and legendary cognacs. Every day, from 9 am to 12 pm, the restaurant serves indulgent breakfasts: corn porridge with stracciatella, toast with red caviar, a signature combination with poached egg, feta cheese with roasted peppers, and a selection of cheeses. Avero mio is a place to celebrate life. It's a perfect venue for birthday parties, beautiful weddings, and lively corporate events.
