About
Starting in 2008, while still a student, I began working part-time in a kitchen as a junior staff member. After graduating, I joined a Cuban restaurant, where I quickly advanced to sous chef within a year. – In 2011, I worked with the Musetti chain, completing internships in various cities and helping to open new restaurants under the brands Takeshi and Espresso Mania. – In 2014, I joined Matketplace, where I rose to the position of chef and worked there for over 4 years. – From 2019, I was invited by Radisson Saint Petersburg to lead a restaurant complex project for the Park Inn by Radisson hotel. – In 2020, I was selected for the Jamie Oliver school and traveled to London for training, after which I participated in the launch of the school. I have also been involved in developing menus and managing several projects in Moscow, including the Peruvian bar Alpaca and the restaurants My Bistro and Bijou.
