About
I've been working behind the bar for 6 years, starting with rock and craft beers on tap. I never took bartending courses (life spared me that). I learned survival skills at university, while simultaneously studying for a degree in political public relations and working as a waitress in the "Darogaya, ya perezvonyu" bars. After that, I joined the Peruvian bar Alpaca, where I currently hold the position of head bartender.
On weekends, I mostly enjoy spending time with friends, sharing gossip, and having a drink or two. I practice yoga, swim in the pool, play chess with my parents, and billiards with my brothers. I spend all summer attending festivals or traveling. I attended a school with an advanced French program and have a degree as a tour guide and translator. I've lived in France several times on exchange programs, and I dream of living there again. In my ideal world, I would be fencing again, but in a gym with large windows, wooden walls, and a red carpet. I would enjoy sipping a Manhattan on an open terrace overlooking the sea, and then go downstairs to my favorite bar, where everyone in the neighborhood gathers to discuss how their week went.
