About
He began his career in Parisian restaurants Maxim's and Lancaster, working alongside Alain Bureau. His first significant experience was at the Plaza Athénée hotel restaurant, Le Regence (** Michelin), under the guidance of Eric Briffard. He has worked in some of the best restaurants in France and Switzerland with world-renowned chefs: Christophe Lerou, Alain Ducasse, and Dominique Bouchet. He is a member of the "Golden Bocuse" Academy in Russia. He moved to Moscow in 2005 and began working at "Barvikha Luxury Village." From 2009 to 2016, he served as the head chef at the Brasserie Most restaurant (formerly THE MOST CAFÉ). Since April 2014, he has been the brand chef at the "Strelka" bar at Krasny Oktyabr, and later at the "Sixty" restaurant. He opened the BIO MY BIO restaurant in St. Petersburg, featuring a cuisine that excludes gluten, sugar, and lactose.
He was born in Paris and moved to Moscow in 2005. He is married and has three children.
