About
"Zero Sugar, Gluten, and Lactose" is a project about healthy food, mindfulness, and a new kind of authenticity.
It's a collection of ideas – the importance of responsible consumption (of food, goods, and culture), the need to re-evaluate values and priorities, the search for one's place in the world, and other pressing issues of the 21st century that face the younger generation. Visitors to BIO MY BIO value their time and appreciate quality in everything around them. They are active and driven, less concerned with material possessions and more focused on health and personal growth, with a priority on what benefits them.
Mindfulness is evident in every aspect of BIO MY BIO, from the ingredients in the dishes to the interior design and the packaging made from environmentally friendly, recyclable materials.
The motivating slogan "Better Lighter!" emphasizes that food without sugar, gluten, and lactose – that is, lighter food – is better. The bright, eye-catching logo is reminiscent of a Rubik's Cube, symbolizing variety and freedom of choice. The restaurant's menu is designed so that any guest, regardless of their dietary restrictions, can easily find a dish to their liking. The only constant rule is the absence of sugar, gluten, and lactose. The menu features pure flavors and combinations, without any unnecessary theatrics or immersive experiences – a creation of Chef Régis Triguel ("Brasserie Most," bar "Strela").
BIO MY BIO pays special attention to beverages: the menu includes herbal and fruit teas, a wide range of smoothies and freshly squeezed juices, which will be prepared at an open juice bar, as well as biodynamic wines and organic beers from around the world.
The interior, inspired by the colorful installations of James Turrell and Olafur Eliasson, was designed by the DA Architects studio. A bar will be the centerpiece of the bright, airy, and futuristic space, while vibrant furniture and dynamic color accents will complement the atmosphere of a cosmic jungle. The restaurant also features a market where you can purchase dishes and drinks to take away.
