Rustam Tangirov's career includes working at some of the best gastronomic restaurants, ranging from the prestigious Sixty, one of the highest-rated restaurants in Europe, to the smaller Saimaa Life Gastrocafe in Finland. Rustam Tangirov was named the best chef in Crimea in 2020/21 and is also a judge for the WACS international Category B. Rustam has honed his skills through internships and training in legendary restaurants in Spain, France, Scandinavia, and Thailand. He has also become a mentor himself: in 2017, he coached a silver medalist in the Russian Bocuse d'Or competition, and two years later, a gold medalist. Rustam Tangirov himself is the recipient of numerous culinary awards, earned at both Russian and international competitions. He is a food designer and the regular host of the shows "Beautiful Presentation" on the "Food" channel, "Secrets of the Chef" on "Fifth," and "Literature to Taste" on channel 78. Another chapter in the chef's biography is his books. In 2018, Rustam Tangirov published "Beautiful Presentation," a book with a print run of 2000 copies, which sold out completely in just a couple of months. At the end of 2019, his second book, "Wild Cuisine," was released, featuring recipes for dishes made with ingredients personally sourced by the chef and cooked over a fire or in a traditional Russian oven.
