Sergey Kondakov began his culinary career at the age of 16, eventually rising to the position of sous chef at the "Mario" restaurant. At just 24 years old, he received an invitation to join the team of Arkady Novikov, successfully opening the Tatler Club restaurant. Throughout his career, this talented chef progressed from opening the Chips restaurant to working at Sixty and the Italian restaurant Rossini. He led establishments such as "Bok" and Barashka on Petrovka, constantly expanding his culinary horizons and deepening his skills at each stage. The chef's gastronomic experience is infused with the atmosphere of old Italy and classic traditions. Seafood and seasonal ingredients form the foundation of Sergey's creations, manifesting in his exquisite dishes as a symbol of freshness, quality, and endless flavor possibilities. With a rich professional background, including work in Michelin-starred restaurants, internships in Monaco, and collaborations with renowned restaurateurs, Sergey joined the Agalarov Rest team. His expertise in the culinary arts, as well as his commitment to innovation and quality, make a significant contribution to the development of the company's restaurant projects.
