About
He began his career at the age of 20 as a cold kitchen cook in a small cafe. A year later, he joined the most popular establishment in his city as a versatile employee, where he worked for about 2.5 years. He then moved to Kirov, and a year later, he moved to Moscow in search of opportunities for professional growth. The first place Anton found in Moscow was Aram Mnatsakanov's restaurant "Probka na Tsvetnom." During his year there, he learned the basics of Italian cuisine. At the same time, he was preparing for the "Chef a la Russe" competition, where he and his team took 6th place. The next stage in his career was another iconic restaurant, Lucky Izakaya Bar, where Anton, along with Glen Ballis and Andrey Krasov, was involved in launching the restaurant. After the launch of the first Lucky, he moved to BURO. TSUM under the guidance of Vladimir Chistyakov, whom he considers his main mentor. Under Chistyakov's leadership, Anton worked for about 3 years, progressing from a cold kitchen cook to a team leader and learning a great deal. In 2021, Anton became the head chef at Medusa Asian Kitchen Bar, and six months later, he moved to Yalta and became the head chef at Pioner Cafe, a flagship restaurant of the First Restaurant Group.
He was born in the city of Kirov-Chepetsk (Kirov region). His main passion is gastronomy, and in addition to cooking, Anton is involved in music (he plays the drums) and actively participates in sports (he has run several marathons).
