BURO. TSUM is an elegant panoramic restaurant located on the fifth floor of the GUM department store, a joint project by restaurateurs Dina Khabirova and Vitaly Shimansky.

It's a refined, eclectic, and unique space. It's the perfect place for meetings in the city center, breakfasts with a view of the Bolshoi Theatre, and romantic dinners accompanied by some of the world's finest wines. You can reach the restaurant through a separate entrance on Petrovka Street or by elevator in the center of GUM.

Chef Yegor Makarov is responsible for the culinary excellence and harmonious flavors. The dishes feature vibrant Asian influences, inherited from his predecessors, as well as masterful meat preparation and a fresh, inventive approach to ingredient combinations, characterized by wit and creativity.
