Brasserie Kuznetsky Most

Arcadia Novikov's brasserie, located near the Bolshoi Theatre in the heart of Moscow.

"Kuznetsky Most" is spacious yet cozy, with a compact layout typical of a brasserie. The interior design was created by the renowned Moscow-based designer, Evgenia Uzhegova, of Livingnow Studio. The project features a light and airy atmosphere, with decorative moldings and hand-painted ceiling details contrasting with chrome chandeliers and polished panel "skirts" on the columns. Igor Kornev is the head chef, responsible for creating the daily menu. The menu features simple, well-balanced dishes that aren't overloaded with unnecessary ingredients, ranging from sardines with roasted peppers to wild sea bass with white mushrooms and pasta with beef cheeks. For dessert, you can enjoy flan with cherries, rum baba, apple mille-feuille, and fondant – served with mandarin confiture. The wine list focuses on classic regions of the Old and New Worlds, and also highlights modern trends in Russian winemaking. The brasserie even has its own wine cellar.
