Dante Kitchen + Bar
About
Modern urban cuisine restaurant + a signature bar featuring classic cocktails with a twist.
Moscow, Kuznetsky Most Street, 3 Website Concept creators: Alexander Efremov and Alexey Filatov "RestoratorChef" about the project The Saxon+Parole team has opened its second restaurant, Dante Kitchen&Bar, on Kuznetsky Most. This new establishment is not a franchise; it's a completely original project, with Ignat Kulikov at the helm of the kitchen. This is his first experience as a head chef, despite his interesting background: Ignat was born in Ghana, moved to Moscow at the age of 8, and worked as a chef in New Zealand. For the new restaurant, he has developed a small menu of original dishes, such as beef tartare with truffle hollandaise, popcorn made from tendons, and parsnip puree; shrimp with mango chutney; black cannelloni filled with shrimp and scallop mousse; eggplant baked with tomato sauce and falafel; or the "Kir Royal" dessert with blackcurrant sorbet and a champagne cloud. The simplest items on the menu appear to be the pinchos, which have their own dedicated section. The interior of the two-story restaurant-bar was designed by Yevgenia Uzhegova, a designer from St. Petersburg. The concept of the place revolves not only around the memorable food but also around the cocktail menu, especially since Saxon & Parole is known for its bartenders. For the new venue, they have installed several taps, but instead of the usual beer, they serve spritzes or Old Pals based on bourbon and Campari. The average bill is 2000 rubles.
