Atlantica Bistro
About
The concept is based on comfort food made with premium seafood and fish from around the world, served quickly and at affordable prices.
Atlantica Bistro, a project by restaurateurs Maxim and Sergey Dyryin of Atlantica Group, has opened its second location on Bolshaya Dmitrovka. The concept is based on comfort food made with premium seafood and fish from around the world, served quickly and at affordable prices.
The first Atlantica Bistro opened in Moscow a year ago on Tsvetnoy Boulevard and quickly became popular – even now, there are often lines outside its entrance. The key factors in its success are the premium seafood and fish (22 types of seafood and 11 types of fish) from different parts of the world, the speed of preparation (from 5 to 14 minutes), the very affordable prices, and the stylish interior with European furniture and marble.
The new bistro on Bolshaya Dmitrovka has two spacious floors and twice as many seats: 135 in the dining room and 24 on the outdoor terrace. Outside, there's a secluded outdoor terrace under large awnings, and inside, there's Italian marble, polished stainless steel, and hardwood, as well as panoramic windows and bright accents. The founders of Atlantica Group, Sergey and Maxim Dyryin, decided that each new bistro should have a special atmosphere, so in addition to the overall stylistic design and menu, it will also feature dishes and drinks that reflect the cuisine of one of the regions of the world.
The bistro on Bolshaya Dmitrovka is dedicated to sunny Spain, and the "Viva España" special offers a gastronomic journey with a southern flair: a salad with shrimp and chorizo (690₽) is served alongside a tortilla with sturgeon caviar and sea urchin (790₽), and a luxurious paella with langoustines, octopus, squid, and shellfish, cooked in saffron wine, is offered for two (1990₽). Special attention is paid to seasonal products – ripe figs are complemented by a goat cheese mousse (490₽) and served with a pistachio cream pie and whipped sour cream (530₽). The Spanish theme is continued by a small cocktail collection created by head bartender Stanislav Nazarov – for example, the "Mar de Oro" is based on sherry, cava, and grapefruit juice (690₽).
The main sections of the menu are filled with proven hits from the Tsvetnoy location, including a signature dish of Sakhalin scallops with blood sausage (490₽), the famous crab dog with black caviar (990₽), and stuffed Kamchatka crab legs with red caviar (990₽). Large flatbreads, including those with Chilean salmon and Pacific shrimp, are baked fresh in a wood-fired oven located in the center of the dining room. The bistro's expertise in handling seafood is one of its hallmarks: fish delicacies, such as wild Murmansk salmon and yellowfin tuna, are aged in a dry-aging chamber.
Years of working with suppliers and fishing companies from the Far East and the Murmansk region have allowed them to establish their own logistics for sourcing premium seafood, which is delivered directly to the restaurant at wholesale prices. Offering more for less is a principle that has already made the Atlantica restaurant on Kutuzovsky Prospekt and the Atlantica Bistro on Tsvetnoy Boulevard well-known.
The atmosphere in the new bistro is lively and friendly, the service is fast, the prices are affordable, but the interior is meticulously designed, the quality of the products is excellent, and the presentation of the dishes is restaurant-quality.
Breakfast is served from 8:00 AM, including famous breakfast sets with 7 items, featuring Karelian trout, Kamchatka crab, and Pacific shrimp, starting at 790₽. There's also a Spanish set for 990₽, and a new luxurious breakfast for two with black and red caviar – 15 items for 3900₽.
