The masterful blend of classic and modern is evident not only in the restaurant's interior but also in its menu. Chef Rodion Sadovskiy offers his guests Italian dishes with a new interpretation, paying homage to the entire gastronomic ecosystem that has produced balsamic vinegar, Parma ham, and tortellini. The menu features artisanal Neapolitan pizza, dry-aged steaks, homemade pasta, tartares, carpaccio, seafood delicacies, and other dishes that are beloved not only by Italians but also by Muscovites.
