About

Lucky Izakaya, the Numa restaurant, and "Monsieur Olivier" bistro. Along with our restaurant, Lucky Izakaya was included in the "where to eat" list of the top 10 restaurants. Internships in Armenia and Kazakhstan.

He was born in the city of Sochi, in a family of five children. From the age of 13, he dreamed of becoming a chef, helping out at a seaside cafe and learning basic skills. He enrolled in a culinary school and successfully completed it, working extensively at the same time. His career began at the prestigious "Gastrit" event, which brings together renowned chefs. He went there to learn something new and showcase his skills, but he ended up working as a volunteer to learn about the kitchen and gain access to it. We had to carry heavy tables and chairs until late at night. I remember how we were constantly sleep-deprived, working until dawn to get everything done, but it was worth it. For the first time, I performed in public in front of many people, alongside the chef, and we gave a masterclass. At first, I was nervous; there was a full room of people in front of me, and I had to help the chef prepare beautiful dishes and present them to the audience. I carefully watched how he prepared and beautifully presented everything; it was a new experience, new opportunities. After some time, I drew conclusions and continued my career path. I took control of myself and wrote to Chef Andrey Krasov at the Lucky Izakaya Bar restaurant, and I was invited for an interview. I went to that restaurant and met Nikita Rendino, who was the Sous Chef at the time and conducted the interview. When I was hired, I met Roman Grachev and the legend of Moscow's sushi bar scene, Mikhail Samonov. That's where I started my journey. After that, I returned to my hometown and started working on the Numa project. But fate and family brought me to Rostov, where I currently work as the head chef at the "Monsieur Olivier" bistro.
