Золотой дракон

"Golden Dragon" is a Chinese restaurant in Moscow, founded in 1988 by members of a Chinese family as one of the first private Chinese restaurants in the city. Since 2020, a new concept has been operating on Nizhny Susalny Lane – "Golden Dragon Street Food," which is being developed by the third generation of the founding family.

Initially, the restaurant's kitchen was run by Chinese chefs, but later, European dishes were added to the menu, prepared by Russian chefs, creating a combination of different culinary traditions in one establishment. According to Alexander Sergeevich Shan-Shi-Vui, the founder of the restaurant, the business you are involved in should be a purpose in life – this principle has been upheld by the family throughout the history of the restaurant.

The restaurant also features separate sections: a Hot Pot Club, a Karaoke Club, and a Retro Club, catering to different audiences, including tourists.
