A modern establishment inspired by the 1960s, with its unique atmosphere and revolutionary fashion, reflected in the wordplay of the name: "Yve" – Yves Saint Laurent.

Yve is the debut project of Ilya Kosenkov and Anton Radev, who met while working behind the bar and are now opening their own bar. Ilya Kosenkov, the ideologue and head bartender of Yve: "At Yve, the retro style is integrated into modern society. It's not a time machine that transports you to an atmosphere where everything is from the 1960s. It's a place inspired by that era, with its vibrant glamour, upbeat music, the beginning of the sexual revolution, and fashion houses developing the concept of "unisex." We convey this mood through the atmosphere, the interior design, and the cocktail menu. At Yve, we don't leave the guest alone with the menu. We create and select drinks based on their preferences. We listen, try to understand, and give the guest exactly what they want." Our bar, YVE, is a woman. Free and uninhibited, embodying the spirit and trends of the 1960s. At the same time, it is inspired by the work of the French couturier Yves Saint Laurent, a revolutionary in the fashion industry and the founder of the unisex style. The cocktail menu at Yve encourages a detailed exploration of the drinks, interesting conversations with the bartenders, and the selection of a cocktail based on individual preferences. A key feature of the menu is the categorization of cocktails into blocks, where each drink skillfully incorporates elements of fundamental phenomena in the culture of the 1960s: photography, cinema, and fashion. The menu at the Yve cocktail bar is small but comprehensive. All the dishes perfectly complement the drinks on the cocktail menu, and everyone can find something for themselves, from a light snack to accompany a drink to a full plate for a group, a hearty hot dish, or an interesting dessert.
