Kirill Levin has approximately 27 years of experience in the culinary field. Even at the age of 16, Kirill began working in a kitchen, combining this with his culinary studies, and later gained experience in various restaurants in St. Petersburg.
A crucial part of Kirill Levin's career development and the emergence of his unique style was his international experience. For 15 years, the chef traveled to different countries around the world, such as Thailand and Israel, where he continued to work in the culinary arts, studying local traditions, learning new flavor combinations, and seeking inspiration. After returning to St. Petersburg, Kirill continued working as a chef and, after some time, became the head chef at the pub The Red Corner. From there, he was invited to become the head chef at the cocktail bar Yve.
