The YURA restaurant, offering modern cuisine, is part of the 5-star design hotel StandART, a winner of the World Luxury Awards in the "Global Winner" category.

Located at the intersection of Spasskaya Street and Tverskaya Street, the YURA restaurant occupies the second floor of the StandART design hotel. It is an elegant restaurant serving Nordic-inspired cuisine, located in the heart of the city, and is headed by Chef Andrey Korobyak. Andrey is originally from Estonia. His Northern roots have had a significant influence on his culinary style. For many years, working in Europe and America, he consistently adhered to the principles of Scandinavian cuisine. Before developing the menu for the YURA restaurant, Andrey carefully selected farmers cultivating land in the Central region. His main criteria for choosing suppliers were: environmental friendliness, quality, reasonable pricing, and speed of delivery. According to Andrey himself, "Only the combination of these factors allows the kitchen to operate stably, and the prices on the menu to remain in the three-digit range." The basis of the new dishes is the principle "it all starts with the product." As an advocate of Scandinavian cuisine, Andrey focuses on pure flavors, natural ingredients, seasonality, and minimal processing. The YURA menu is constantly evolving and, depending on the season, can be updated several times a month. During weekdays, from 12:00 to 17:00, a business lunch menu is available.
