The "Galki" restaurant is located in a basement space on Strastnoy Boulevard, near the "Chekhovskaya" metro station. The establishment was opened by restaurateur Denis Nerezin and positions itself as a gastronomic underground movement, contrasting with mainstream culture and pretentious dining experiences. The concept is described as "cult gastronomy in the underground," focused on developing guests' taste perception.

The restaurant features a bar called "Krevetchka," where themed events are held for the "Glotok" club, dedicated to exploring modern Russian cocktails through their flavor, aroma, and presentation. In addition to its regular operations, "Galki" organizes off-site gastronomic projects – for example, an eight-course dinner united by a single narrative, held in a countryside setting at the Botovy Farm, where the culinary concept is combined with locally sourced produce.

The restaurant is part of a group of projects that also includes "Chaos" and "Uzory." The opening hours of "Galki" are: Sunday to Thursday from 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM, and Friday to Saturday from 12:00 PM to 1:00 AM.
