The atmosphere is one of mystical semi-darkness, with a spacious dance floor under vaulted ceilings, a welcoming bar, exquisite cuisine with a diverse range of flavors, and a creative cocktail menu.

Currently, there's an abundance of meaning, form, and experimentation. A variety of flavors, music, and presentations. Sometimes, it's hard to grasp the essence, but the desire is not just to see a new place, but to find a path where something new awaits at every turn. The gastrobar "Nith" will be such a discovery for residents of the capital – a project that originated in Kazan and will continue its story in Moscow on Bolshaya Dmitrovka. Despite the completely different atmospheres, what connects these two projects is the understanding of what a modern restaurant-bar should be: accessible, delicious, and with quality music. But let's take everything in order.

The Bar The cocktails on the bar menu, created by a team led by head bartender German Gribanov, are named after fabrics: "Leather," "Cashmere," and "Denim." This allows for the exploration of different textures, densities, colors, and associations, and the word "trail" is as close as possible to the "aftertaste." Here are a few examples: "Flannel" is a pearl-pink cocktail based on light rum, with tart pomegranate and sweet, creamy coconut. "Linen" is dense yet airy; the best way to capture these qualities is with a gin and tonic: the team added a twist with bright rosemary and sparkling grape juice. "Denim" is a vibrant cocktail based on gin, with contrasting notes of blackberry and ginger, because in great jeans, you're ready for any adventure. "Atlas," like a flowing fabric, shimmers with the flavors of dark rum, honeyed pear, and strawberry. A mannequin dressed in an outfit created from all the fabrics on the menu is placed in the center of the room, and real fabric samples are displayed at the bar to enhance the tactile experience. The team can also prepare any classic cocktail or surprise you with an unexpected twist.

The Cuisine It's worth noting the strong gastronomic component – the kitchen is headed by the young chef Dmitry Kalyuzhny. The menu offers a wide selection of appetizers: we recommend trying several and sharing them with the group to sample as much as possible. There are three tartares: one with marbled beef, fermented beetroot, and a mousse of Parmesan and truffle; another with salmon, basil cream; and a third with tuna, guacamole, and stracciatella. The delicate and piquant chicken pâté is presented as a bright tomato, freshly picked from the garden, and served on a bed of sea buckthorn with cherry pearls. The legendary Ramiro peppers are already vibrant and expressive on their own, but the chef decided to enhance them with Cantabrian anchovies, Parmesan cream, and olive tapenade. A separate section of the menu is dedicated to bruschettas because they are an excellent appetizer – a simple form that allows for a bold combination of flavors. It's impossible to choose just one, but be sure to try the bruschetta with goose prosciutto, mozzarella, and raspberry. All the prosciutto you see on the menu, including in the rigatoni with bresaola and the potato donuts with fermented garlic aioli, is sourced from an exclusive supplier in Kazan. The menu also features a variety of seafood dishes, such as Asian bouillabaisse with basil oil, a stew in a delicate sauce with crispy ciabatta, or tiger prawn fritters with Kamchatka crab, cauliflower cream, white chocolate, and Tom Yum sauce. In the desserts, as well as in the cocktails, the team managed to reveal not only flavors but also textures: for example, one of the desserts on the menu is called "Three Textures of Sea Buckthorn with Aperol": here you will find a syrup-soaked sea buckthorn biscuit with a gel and the most delicate cream of the bright berry.

The Music In the music, as in the bar menu, the team strives for balance: between trendy and classic, between energy and precision, between the desire to dance and to contemplate. Different DJs and musicians are united by professionalism, talent, good taste, attention to guests, and an incredible energy. Each set is not a random collection of tracks, but a mood: our conversation, with quotes, bright phrases, loud laughter, and sometimes a confidential whisper. From the beginning of the evening to the early morning.

The Space The large, zoned space under the vaulted ceiling allows you to experience the concept from different perspectives. There's a welcoming bar where you can chat with the bartenders all evening, a spacious dance floor, and around it, comfortable sofas, tables for large groups, or smaller, high tables where you can enjoy a single cocktail, listen to a couple of tracks, and then return to the rhythm of the city.

No matter what scenario you choose for tonight, what's important is that we are now connected by a single "Thread."
