About
Andrei Korobyak hails from Estonia. His Northern roots have had a significant influence on his culinary style. For many years, working in Europe and America, he consistently adhered to the principles of Scandinavian cuisine. He has worked in restaurants including: Egoist in Estonia, La Table du Gourmet* in France, Geranium* in Denmark, and Courgette in America. He has also completed internships at: Restaurant Auberge d'Lill***, Restaurant Pierre Gagnaire***, Restaurant Noma** in Denmark, and Restaurant Maaemo *** in Norway. In Russia, he has held positions including: Executive Chef at the Ginza restaurant group, Executive Chef and founding visionary at MØS, and Executive Chef at the Crystal House Hotel. Currently, he is the Executive Chef at the YURA restaurant, which is part of the 5-star design hotel StandART and upholds the high quality standards of the hotel, a winner of the World Luxury Awards in the "Global Winner Luxury Design Hotel 2019" category.
