Touché, a wine bar, is a remarkably authentic and unexpected example of the Parisian "gastrobistro" genre in Moscow, and it's reason enough to visit Rochdelskaya Street. The wine selection and atmosphere are curated by owner Larisa Mamedova, while the culinary aspect is overseen by her partner and chef, Taras Kirienko.

The wine list features 260 selections, catering to both connoisseurs and casual drinkers. The most affordable bottle costs 1100 rubles, but there are also prestigious Bordeaux wines and Super Tuscan wines (with a minimal markup, although they are not inexpensive). Naturally, all the relevant categories, including organic and biodynamic wines, are also represented. The extensive selection of wines by the glass includes rare finds like Taittinger Brut champagne, the Loire Valley rosé Pascal Jolivet Attitude Rose, and the red wine Weingut Adeneuer Spätburgunder from the Ahr region.

The restaurant regularly hosts wine dinners with international winemakers and guest chef dinners featuring culinary talent from across Russia and Europe. Representatives from renowned wine houses such as Torres, CVNE, and Taylors have visited Touché. Chefs who have cooked at Touché include Artem Grebenshchikov (Bourgeois Bohemians, St. Petersburg), Ilya Burnasov (Atelier Tapas Bar, St. Petersburg), Walter El Nogar (Le Cinquieme Jour, Geneva), Anton Isakov (St. Petersburg), Anton Ivnitskiy (brand chef of the restaurant holding "Matrëshki-group," Ulyanovsk), and many others. One of the most memorable dinners was held with the team from the Spanish restaurant Mugaritz.

The interior design was created by the architectural firm POLYGON. The designers perfectly captured the restaurant's ambiance: soft lighting, ample use of glass, and large wine cabinets lining the concrete walls – it's a place where you want to sit by the window, enjoy your favorite wine, and lose track of time.

A new, incredibly cozy and stylish small room is gradually being transformed into a wine room, where the most interesting and distinctive wines will be displayed alongside books on gastronomy and wine, which will also be available for purchase. It is now fully operational, open daily from 9:00 AM, and welcomes guests for regular dining, as well as for private events and banquets of up to 12 people.

In addition to the main menu, the bar offers a special lunch menu, available on weekdays from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and a daily breakfast menu from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
