Beloque

A stylish "Brunch & Dine" space within a trendy photo studio.

This joint project is the brainchild of the White Studios team, along with Kirill Kacherov, former co-founder of One Teaspoon (a cafe known for its cozy atmosphere and breakfasts in the Chinatown district), and his wife, Alena Khlopova. "Beloque" is part of the White Studios complex and the LOFT design space located at the Trekhgornaya manufactory. The interior design of the restaurant was created by the team from the St. Petersburg-based architectural firm DА Architects. Chef Maxim Bolotin (formerly of One Teaspoon) is responsible for the culinary offerings. The menu focuses on inventive comfort food – familiar dishes with unconventional combinations of seemingly simple ingredients. It's the kind of food that's perfect for any occasion, yet so enjoyable that you'll want to return for more. The elegant wine list and the playful cocktail selection perfectly complement the food. "We envisioned Beloque as a stylish and delicious space where it's equally enjoyable to have breakfast with family or friends, conduct business meetings over lunch, or meet for dinner with a glass of wine and a delightful evening menu. We prioritize the quality of the ingredients we use. That's why we bake our bread and pastries fresh daily, and we only use freshly roasted coffee, which we also roast ourselves."
